Some engagements may use the Cloud28.ai portal, customer workspaces, Desktop Agent, Codex-assisted tooling, repositories, ticket systems, model providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, payment services, or other connected services. We work to keep the Cloud28.ai website useful and available, but public website content and downloads are provided as available. We may update, replace, remove, or revise pages, claims, examples, downloads, pricing, links, and materials as Cloud28.ai evolves.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloud28.ai and Cloud Nine Software are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, business-interruption, or similar damages arising from use of the public website or public materials.
